البيانات على جهازك
Memo App برنامج ويندوز يعمل على جهاز المستخدم. صور الأحكام وبيانات القضايا والمذكرات تُحفظ على الجهاز فقط، ولا تُرسل لصاحب البرنامج ولا لأي جهة أخرى.
قراءة Google (اختيارية ومقفولة افتراضياً)
عند تفعيلها وتسجيل الدخول بحساب Google الخاص بالمستخدم:
- البيانات المستخدمة: صورة صفحة الحكم التي يختار المستخدم قراءتها.
- طريقة الاستخدام: تُرفع الصورة إلى Google Drive الخاص بالمستخدم ويتم تحويلها إلى نص بخاصية التعرف على النص في Google Drive، ثم يقرأ البرنامج النص ويمسح الملف من Drive فوراً.
- الصلاحية:
drive.fileفقط، فالبرنامج لا يستطيع رؤية أو تعديل أي ملف لم ينشئه بنفسه. - التخزين: رمز الدخول (refresh token) يُحفظ على جهاز المستخدم فقط، ويمكن حذفه في أي وقت بزر «تسجيل الخروج» في الإعدادات، أو بإلغاء صلاحية البرنامج من صفحة صلاحيات حساب Google.
- المشاركة: لا تتم مشاركة أي بيانات مع أي طرف آخر، ولا تُستخدم في الإعلانات أو لتدريب نماذج ذكاء اصطناعي.
Gemini (اختيارية)
لو فعّل المستخدم Gemini بمفتاحه الخاص، تُرسل صورة أول وآخر صفحة من الحكم إلى Google Gemini بعد تأكيد المستخدم في كل مرة، لقراءة الأسماء والأسباب فقط.

Data on your computer
Memo App is a Windows desktop application. Judgment images, case data and generated memos are stored only on the user's computer and are never sent to the developer or any other party.
Google reading (optional, off by default)
When the user enables this feature and signs in with their own Google account:
- Data accessed: the judgment page image the user chooses to read.
- How it is used: the image is uploaded to the user's own Google Drive and converted to text using Google Drive's built-in OCR. The app reads the text and immediately deletes the file from Drive.
- Scope: only
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. The app cannot see or modify any file it did not create. - Storage: the OAuth refresh token is stored only on the user's computer. It can be removed at any time with “Sign out” in the app settings, or by revoking access at Google Account permissions.
- Sharing: no data is shared with any third party, sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
Memo App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Gemini (optional)
If the user enables Gemini with their own API key, the first and last page images of a judgment are sent to Google Gemini, after the user confirms each time, to read names and reasons only.
